Do you accept returns on food products? +

For safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on food items. But if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t show up due to our error, raise a claim within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Read full policy →

How long until I receive my order? +

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location — typically 3-7 days within India. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

What does “40g series” mean? +

Our Pocket Fuel Catalog features 40g portions — artisanal, hand-crafted, clean label energy. Same purity, just smaller, mindful portions designed for your bag, pocket, or post-yoga moment.

Do you have subscription or bulk discounts? +

Not yet — but soon. Right now, every product is available at simple single-unit pricing. Subscribe to our newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when bulk and subscription options launch.

Are your snacks actually healthy? +

Yes. Clean label standards. No artificial preservatives, synthetic dyes, or hidden additives. Just whole-food ingredients you can pronounce. Every snack in our catalog is made with that promise.

Do you ship outside India? +

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is on our radar — stay tuned.

How do I check my order status? +

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll help.

What if my package arrives damaged? +

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll verify and issue a refund or replacement. Every order is video-recorded during packing for clarity.
